Senior Living Apartm​ents Carrington Road, Box Hill

We reached an important milestone this year with our senior living apartments project in Box Hill, receiving the Notice of Decision for the planning permit and moving into the next stage of the work.

The design focuses on liveability and presence rather than scale alone. Generous, softly curved balconies are a defining element, shaping the building’s relationship to the street while allowing light to reach deep into the apartments. The curvature softens the overall form and contributes to a calmer, more domestic expression within a higher-density setting.

Projects like this highlight the growing need for well-considered housing options that support ageing in place, particularly in established activity centres such as Box Hill where access to services, transport and community is already embedded.
