This project thoughtfully repurposes and extends an existing house into a contemporary childcare centre and a new swimming school, giving new life to the existing building while creating a purpose-designed learning environment for children and families.
Rather than starting from scratch, the design embraces adaptive reuse—preserving the familiar character of the original structure while introducing carefully considered contemporary additions that support modern educational and recreational needs. The result is a cohesive development that balances functionality, sustainability, and welcoming spaces where children can learn, play, and grow.
